I work with labs, contract manufacturers and suppliers on obtaining the necessary documents to make sure all your marketing claims are substantially supported.

FORMULA AND R&D

The product is the most important factor in the CPG industry; especially when selling natural products. The individual ingredients, unique combinations and product functions all play a role in how the end product is marketed. I’ll review your formula to uncover the Unique Selling Points (USP) of your product. If needed, I can bring in professionals who can help create a formula for you or improve the one you have.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Creating products while maintaining high margins takes a team of cost-efficient professionals. Thousands of dollars can be saved in every stage of the product development process by taken care in selecting the proper components, suppliers, contract manufacturers, fillers, label and package printers and bottle decorators. Saving a few pennies on each portion of a product can amount to thousands of dollars saved on the final runs.

FDA COMPLIANCE

FDA regulations are complicated and with the looming deadline for the upcoming changes on the horizon, things are more complicated than ever. I’ll work with you on making sure your packages and product marketing materials are in compliance by starting the compliance review at the beginning of the production process. As an extra level of protection, I’ll bring in our partner FDA Compliance Expert who can provide a final review of all claims.
