Progressing Bodies

Label Design, Vendor Management and Copywriting (Website Product Description)

Client: Progressing Bodies

Building a dietary supplement company from the ground up is no easy task, which Progressing Bodies can tell you first hand. We were brought in from a vendor side referral at the beginning stage of their first round of production. In a very short period of time, we were able to create a trusting relationship with the company’s co-founders and production team. This enabled us to dive deep into the production process, create suggestions and drive actions that will affect the company’s brand for years to come.

During this first round of production, along with our partner FDA Compliance Expert, we helped Progressing Bodies create a new FDA compliant naming scheme for seven of the eight dietary supplement blends. we created new FDA compliant taglines and marketing claims for all the labels, which were later expanded on for the website product descriptions. We worked directly with the COO and co-packer to change the servings per container to ensure a 30 day supply was in each bottle, which will impact product refill promotions at a later date. The percentage of organic ingredients in each product were tallied and if the product did not meet the 70% or 100% rule for Organic Certification, new ingredients were sourced. When the issue was raised by the labeler that the company would need to meet a 10,000 MOQ per sample pack pouches, we changed the pouch to a 75cc bottle, which enabled them to be able to afford to fill the 3000 samples per product they originally ordered from the co-packer.
