You Can’t Have Great Execution Without a Superior Strategy. And, a Great Strategy Won’t Matter Without Superior Execution.
A strategy is the plan of action designed to achieve a specific goal. It tells us where we need to be in order to compete for customers, when we should do it and how much we need to spend in order to level out the playing field.
Execution, on the other hand, is the act of producing the materials needed to support the previously made decisions. Both equally important, yet one just doesn’t work without the other.
