General Needs Assessment Questionnaire

Before we dive into the questioner we first want to thank you for taking the time to discuss some of your business challenges with us. This preliminary questionnaire is an important part of the proposal process. It helps clarify the goals for your project in a way that allows us to provide you with an accurate cost estimate.

Please answer these questions to the best of your ability. While we do need some basic questions answered to provide a proposal, we understand if you don’t have all of these answers today. If there is a question that doesn’t make sense or doesn’t apply to your project, feel free to leave it blank. Once we get all of the information we need, we will either contact you for more specifics or begin preparing your proposal.
