Consulting Packages


Some business owners and/or companies have the skills and/or teams in place that can execute the day-to-day operations and activities. They’re just in need of a little extra coaching and guidance to help with specific tasks, identify problems before they happen, put out fires after problems occur, or would simply like an outside agency to provide oversight to internal programs or act as a catalyst for change.

TMD provides consulting services to those who are looking to supplement and/or support their internal staff with coaching and consulting services on a monthly basis. We provide three level of packages in four different categories. Each level/package requires a minimum of a three-month commitment.

We dive deeper into your stats and situation to better understand your current standing, wins and losses. Objectives are defined and a simple strategy is mapped out. Guidance is delivered on a bi-monthly basis.

10 hours/mo
(Average Cost $800)

ENTERPRISE

The extra hours in this packages enables us to provide hands-on support, verbal guidance and written action plans that will help drive the direction on key initiatives and campaigns. Guidance is delivered on a weekly basis.
