Michelle is a Google Analytics (GAIQ) Certified marketer and creative strategist who works to remove barriers and ensures businesses run effectively. With core skills in brand strategy, digital marketing, experiential marketing and campaign development; followed by community development, marketing automation, and lead generation, Michelle leads regional and national campaigns that build awareness, develops relationships and drives sales. A true business architect and complex problem solver, she is typically called upon to inject innovation and vision into companies most audacious challenges.
Michelle brings 15 years of management experience across multiple industries and geographies. With bold thinking and sheer drive to overcome obstacles she has created and executed strategies for brands and organizations in start-up, sustaining and turnaround modes. She is credited with producing and marketing events in major US markets including NYC, LA, D.C., and the Palm Beaches along with spearheading international projects in Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Tokyo. From intimate roundtables created to foster discussion and new partnerships with municipal and industry leaders to live national television shows such as BET Spring Bling, she has built a reputation as an organizer, partnership broker and consensus builder. She served as the Social Media & Marketing Director for Green Festivals Expo, a natural products and sustainable trade show with 20,000 attendees per day and serves as the marketing partner for the New York Triathlon. She recently created the New York Triathlon #readytotri campaign which resulted in pivoting the brand from an 85% decrease in attendees over a five-year period to a 28% increase in attendees in 2017.
A true outdoors woman and adventure seeker, Michelle moved to the foothills of Northern Colorado where she runs her boutique creative consulting studio. Here she has amassed a rich portfolio working with brands to create campaigns to activate audiences, drive call to actions, and influence. Working with real-time data analytics, and by dissecting the behaviors of customers she turns around brands and captures new consumer demographics. When she is not in the studio, you will find her with exploring the Rocky Mountains with her husband/partner Rob and German Shepard, Alex.
